By accessing or using QRWink ("the Service"), operated at qrwink.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

QRWink is a web-based QR code generator that allows users to create customized QR codes for various purposes including URLs, WiFi networks, vCards, emails, SMS, phone numbers, WhatsApp links, geographic locations, and plain text. The Service provides design customization features including color selection, dot and corner styles, center logos, frames, and export in PNG and SVG formats. The Service operates primarily client-side. QR code generation, design customization, and data entry are processed locally in your browser. No QR code content data is transmitted to or stored on our servers.

Certain features of the Service may be available without registration. Premium features may require creating an account and subscribing to a paid plan. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

QRWink offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans provide access to additional features, higher usage limits, and premium design options. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected). All fees are stated in the applicable currency at the time of purchase and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing cycle. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the Service to: - Generate QR codes that link to malicious, fraudulent, or illegal content. - Distribute malware, phishing links, or deceptive material through QR codes. - Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. - Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation. - Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or connected networks. - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service. - Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or overburden the platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms.

The Service, including its design, code, branding, logos, user interface, and documentation, is the intellectual property of QRWink and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. QR codes generated by you using the Service are your property. You retain full ownership of the content encoded in your QR codes and any custom design elements you provide (such as uploaded logos). You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, nor may you reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code, except as permitted by law.

In summary: QRWink is designed with a privacy-first approach. We do not collect personal data on our servers. All QR code data and preferences are stored locally in your browser.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee that QR codes generated will be scannable by all devices or applications under all conditions. You acknowledge that you use the Service at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QRWink and its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Service. In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QRWink and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by ceasing to use the platform and, if applicable, canceling your subscription. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
